How long does it take to receive my Tickets?


Depending on the choice of shipping it will vary. If you select “Instant Download” E-Tickets it will arrive within your email inbox within seconds, literally “instantly”. If you select the regular “E-Ticket” it may take up to an hour to arrive in your email inbox but generally arrives within 15 minutes. Shipping to a home or business address is usually shipped out the same business day and usually should arrive the next business day, if your tickets are purchased on a weekend it may arrive by Monday or next business day that is not a holiday.

What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email right after my purchase?


Once you purchase, an email is instantly sent to you with complete details about your recent order. If you do not receive this there are two possibilities...


  1. 95% of this case is your email was entered incorrectly in the order and we cannot email you the receipt. Please call 1-844-425-0514 and let them know your name and Order # that will be shown on your screen right after your purchase and they will correct the email accordingly. 
  2. Your order is in a pending state and needs to be cleared by the processor and credit card security to make sure information associated by the card matches the user of the card! Give it a few extra minutes!


Do you have accessible seating for Wheel Chairs or Handicapped Individuals?
